how to order

• Comment on the item with your desired size and/or color.
• If you are a first-time customer, please enter your name, email and cell number when you register on our site.
• All items are pre-ordered.
• Please note that a comment is a commitment to purchase and order because we order the item specifically for you.
• The item post will have an estimated arrival date. When we receive the items, we will notify you by email or text.

Shipping Orders

If you prefer to have your items shipped to you, please follow these steps:

• We invoice on Tuesdays and Thursdays via PayPal.
• You do not need a PayPal account, and can pay using any payment method PayPal accepts. Your items will be sent via USPS when your payment is completed. Please make sure your correct address is attached to the payment method you use.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on weight:
Items under 12oz: $6.00
Items from 12-16oz: $7.00
Items over 1 lb: $9.00 and up

Return Policy

Due to our discounted prices, we do not accept returns. However, you can post your new and recently arrived items on our Charis Clothing BST Facebook Page for resale.  Thank you for your understanding!

In the event your items are damaged, please send an email to wecare@charisclothingtammy.com and provide us with the following information:
